WP 3: Proceedings

Partner 2, Dr. Malla Hovi from Reading University, is responsible for co-ordinating the design, editing on and production of proceedings from each workshop and contributes to the design of workshops.

Partner 2 with assistance from P5 and the local workshop organiser are also responsible for producing templates for reporting from the discussion sessions to ensure that uniform and adequate feedback from these sessions is available for the proceedings.

Partner 2 together with P5 and the local organiser are the editors of the proceedings from the workshops.

Partner 2 is responsible for the printing of paper copies of the proceedings and partner 1 is responsible for electronic publication and distribution of the paper copies on the project web-site.

Partner number 4 will co-edit the final proceedings with the work package co-ordinator.

WP 3 in short

• Production, publication and distribution of proceedings from the Workshops in paper and electronic format to participants and people & organisations interested in the area.
