WP5: Networking

Partner 1 involves The Danish Research Centre for Organic Farming (DARCOF). This partner will set up a web-site for the project for internal project use and to publicise and make accessible all project outcomes to all stakeholders and general public open access areas, and with restricted to members access.

The web-site will have two levels of access: internal and external. The internal site will ensure communication within the project by announcing events, publishing minutes of meetings, raising relevant issues for discussion, circulating conclusions and recommendations for comment among partners etc.

The external site will publish the proceedings, announcements, recommendations and conclusion and promote the project among stakeholders and general public.

Partner 1, with the assistance of all partners) will also collate a mailing list of organisations and individuals who have an interest in organic livestock production. This list will be used to remind these stakeholders of project and web-site developments.

The co-ordinator of this work package will set up a minimum of three discussion groups on subjects that arise during the project. All postal distribution of minutes, proceedings and other materials arising from the project will be the responsibility of Partner 1.

WP 5 in short
