Organic Livestock Farming in Hungary: Questions And Answers

The workshop was held at the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Szent István University in Budapest on 9 June 2005.

This road show was organised by Dr Györgyi Takács of Szent István University, jointly with “an open day” of Biokontroll Hungaria Kht, the main Hungarian organic certification body. This joint approach ensured that one of the major stakeholders in the organic sector in Hungary was centrally involved in the meeting.
