Claim forms

Participants can download the expenses claim form either as an excel spreadsheet or in PDF format.

The excel spreadsheet will convert national currency into Euros if the exchange rate is provided, notes are included on the second page.

Participants need to fill in the form, print out a hardcopy, attach the receipts and return hard-copy and receipts to
